convert RGB to hex colors using gimp (使用gimp把rgb格式的颜色转换成 hex 格式)

1. 点击颜色板 (click the color panel )

2. 在 R。G。B中分别输入数值 (input R.G.B)

3. HTML notation中就可以看到HEX值了。 ( see the HTML notation for the hex value)
